I discovered Pilates through a personal journey that began 30 years ago. It changed my life after a truck hit me while I was on my bicycle. Through the power of the Pilates method of movement, the assistance and resistance of the springs, the focus on deep core stability and attention to creating balance, I was able to recover from a severely fractured pelvis. A few years after the accident I obtained my first comprehensive classical Pilates certification from The Pilates Center in Boulder, Colorado where I studied with Romana Kryzanowska and the Taylor sisters Amy and Rachel.

I love working with clients of all levels of fitness using the reformer, chair, tower, Cadillac, ladder barrel and jumpboard. I have worked in a variety of settings over the last couple of decades including working with private clients in a physical therapy office to most recently in a large corporate athletic club teaching group and private classes. I am a certified Better Bones & Balance Instructor.

When I am not teaching Pilates you can find me hanging out and hiking with one of my two daughters and my mini Aussie.

” I had a wonderful Mindful session yesterday with Linda. I got a great workout with someone who really had the time to work with and watch me.  She even gave me “homework” which will prove to be very useful for my body.  Thanks, Linda! “

I just wanted to thank you for a wonderful class on Friday. It was so great to do all those exercises on The Chair. My body is feeling really good today, stretched and toned. I’m standing straighter and can feel my abs. Thanks so much for imparting your knowledge to us in such a gentle positive way. Thank you!!”
